While 3D geometry updates instantly when a sketch changes, users must trigger a specific add-in function to rewrite the updated physical length values into the structural body names within the Fusion browser tree.

If you have modified the internal library files to add custom proprietary shapes, always back up your library directory locally before updating. To install an update:
  1. Extract the downloaded .zip file.
  2. Open Fusion 360 and press Shift + S to open Scripts & Add-ins.
  3. Click the green + (Add) button and select the new folder.
  4. Check "Run on Startup", click Run, and authenticate with your email.
